• Only required on the server! Vanilla clients can connect and enjoy the snow too!
• Generates worlds with all* biomes covered in snow + ice
• All* biomes snow instead of rain
• Gamerule to make it snow 24/7 ('snowAlways') *Biomes which normally do not have precipitation (e.g. Deserts) do not snow.
