Bug fixes:
- Fixed Fabric startup crash on 26.1.2 caused by the FPS option hook.
- Fixed Fabric 1.20.1 compatibility by removing the fragile value-set wrapper path.
- Kept FPS cap validation working without touching package-private Minecraft option types.
Optimizations:
- Removed reflection/proxy handling from FPS option setup.
- Switched to a narrower constant patch for lower startup risk and less runtime overhead.
