Teleport Commands Fabric (TPC)

This release focuses on stabilizing the teleport pipeline and consolidating internal teleport logic across all commands. Several edge cases related to teleport timing, safety checks, and RTP behavior have also been fixed.

• Added /tpc as a short alias for /teleportcommands.
• Xaero waypoint integration now supports quoted and escaped waypoint names when executing home and warp.

🐞 Fixes

• Fixed teleport safety checks failing at high-Y coordinates.
• Fixed RTP occasionally failing if the player changed dimension while a location search was in progress.
• Teleport cooldowns now begin after a teleport successfully completes.
• Delayed teleport success messages are now sent only after the teleport actually occurs.
• /back now removes stored death locations only after a successful teleport.
