Version Control Changes
- Improved compatibility handling for the client/server version handshake.
- Added versionControl to stextras/general_config to enable or disable version enforcement.
- Added versionCheckTimeOut to stextras/general_config to control how long the server waits for a client version reply.
- Singleplayer now bypasses version enforcement automatically.
