Terrastorage 1.2.7 for Minecraft 1.21.9 and 1.21.10

This update brings Terrastorage to Minecraft 1.21.9 and 1.21.10.

I'm sorry for taking so long, as I explained in other places, life got busier and I pretty much abandoned Terrastorage for a few good months, I hope to work on it more frequently from now on.

Will work on support for 1.21.11 this weekend!
