TFMG: Some bugs fixes

This mod fixes a few stupid bugs from The factory must Grow mod (TFMG)

This mod fixes the following bugs:

• Lack of linear dependence of fuel consumption with a long engine

• Zero fuel consumption with analog redstone (to do this, I had to increase the total fuel consumption, as fuel consumption of less than 1 Mb per 20 ticks is not possible)

• no falling out of engine parts after breaking

There will be more fixes in the future.
