Efficiency and lag reduction update!
- Rendering overhaul: Cached vertex data with dirty-flag rebuilds.
- Made sure all ResourceLocation objects are static -Improved efficiency of pipe pathing, especially redstone pipes, to prevent lag with large complex pipe networks. (Thanks matt1999rd for your contribution!)
