Unbreakable Anvil 26.x-1.0.0

Updated Unbreakable Anvil for the Minecraft 26.x line, with a validated 26.1 baseline.
Available for Fabric, NeoForge, and Forge.
Same gameplay behavior as before: anvils no longer take damage or break when used.
Forge users should use Forge 62.0.9 or newer on Minecraft 26.1.
The Fabric build on this branch does not require Fabric API.
Requires Java 25.
