Waypoints (wWaypoints)

Changes:

• Opacity sliders look as they did in 0.4.3
• Added multi-waypoint editing
• Added dropdown animations in the waypoint menu
• Dragging a waypoint with an icon outside its bounds no longer renders it
• Dragging an applicable waypoint to the dimension dropdown now automatically converts it between Overworld and Nether
• Fixed folder interaction causing the open/close all button to bug out
• other fixes

26.1.x Specific fixes:

• Fixed labels not rendering at longer distances
• Icon labels now properly fade in and out
