Added /tp clickable menu + paged player pickers.
Added aliases: /tphere, /tpdeath, /tpahome.
/tpa and /tpahere with no target now open player lists.
/tphome list is clickable, shows coords, and marks (default).
/tpaback and /tpdeath is now one-use-per-death; refreshed on next death.
/tpalog changed to paged clickable output (/tpalog [page]) with richer context.
Public help no longer shows admin commands.
Help cost lines now show $ for currency.
Back teleport cost config is supported (xp/item/currency) and shown when non-zero.
