reverted implementation of ParticleGroup/ParticleLimit due to changes in mc 21.9 making it impossible to create multiple groups with the same limit value, leading to confusing config behaviour and potential mod conflicts
dropped forge support
forge is currently crashing in prod on part of the code that hasnt even changed.
will bring it back if the issue gets resolved.
