Major Update and Overhaul

This here is effectively the same as the 0.8.0 but updated to Neoforge on the 1.21.1. It now uses Sable and Create Aeronautics instead of VS and Clockwork. Some mods are missing some were replaced with inofficial ports so expect differences even within the same mods.

Important

old worlds will most definitely not work anymore be well aware of this before updating. it has not yet been tested on servers but i'll asume it'll be mostly the same as before.
