Commands

Command	Description
/cartspeed global <multiplier>	Sets global minecart speed multiplier
/cartspeed nearest <multiplier>	Applies speed change to the nearest minecart

Installation

1. Download the CartSpeed.jar
2. Drop it into your server’s plugins/ folder
3. Restart your server
4. Use /cartspeed to start controlling minecart speed

Example Usage

/cartspeed global 1.5
/cartspeed nearest 0.8
/cartspeed reload

Extremely high values might break just because of Minecraft physics, if this does happen, please just delete the config.yml or delete the certain Minecart's UUID from the config. (the one with the insane speed).
