What's New in 1.26.0

This is a forward-looking build of EcoMOTD prepared for Minecraft 1.26 ahead of its release. All features from 1.21.0 are included. Once 1.26 is officially released, update the protocol-min and protocol-max values in config.yml to match the confirmed protocol numbers.

• Prepared build for Minecraft 1.26 ahead of release
• Protocol range set to 900+ as a placeholder — update when confirmed by Mojang
• Refreshed default MOTD theme to Future Edition aesthetic
• API version uses 1.21 as base until 1.26 API is available
