Plugin Changes

• Removed the startup warning if no economy types are loaded.
• Each economy type now shows "has successfully hooked into" in console if they were loaded.
• Placeholders are now parsed in item lore and names.
• Added tooltip-style support on 1.21.3+.
• Fixed exception when opening the Journal menu.
• The lore-override config is now supported at the Rarity level.
• AuraSkills and mcMMO treasure can now be caught if the player disables custom fish.

Internal Changes

• Economy types are no longer registered if they fail to load.
• Added EconomyType#load.
• Internal economy types now check if they are enabled in config before attempting to load.
• DependencyManager#loadEconomy has been split into a method for each type.
• Removed the "safety check" for vault as it is now redundant.
