✨ Added

• New per-dungeon command filter modes in dungeons/<id>/command-blacklist.yml:
  • BLACKLIST to block only listed commands
  • WHITELIST to allow only listed commands and dungeon commands

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed a dungeon result conflict where leaving with /dungeon exit after killing the boss could first announce a failure and only later announce completion
• Fixed fail-if-all-players-dead applying to all death behaviors instead of only one-life modes
• Fixed infinite respawn dungeons being able to fail because all players were temporarily dead

🧩 Improvements

• Dungeon command filtering always allows dungeon commands such as /dungeon, /dg, and /inst, including /dungeon exit, even in whitelist mode
