Additions:

• Added loot modifier which allows to add potion effects
• Added loot modifier which allows to remove potion effects
• Added loot modifier which allows to clear potion effects
• Added loot modifier which allows to clear enchantments
• Added a new sub command /jli data hand nbt which gets the nbt of the item the player is holding in their main and off hand and sends the player a message which allows them to copy the nbt as json which can be used in loot tables and loot modifications

• Fixed NPE which was caused by the new entity container item listener
