Fixes

• #556: Portals can now be placed on a quartz surface even when a Laser Solidifier has solidified stained glass in the air space in front of it.
• #563: Players can now enter a floor portal while standing on a solidified glass block placed just above it by crouching (sneak) and walking into it.
• #563: The approach block of a portal traversed by a solidified laser now correctly becomes stained glass instead of being left as air.
• #563: A solidified laser now correctly traverses a portal placed later on its path, instead of being stopped by the stained glass that was already there.
• #563: A player teleporting through a portal whose exit is on the path of a solidified laser now arrives on top of the glass block instead of inside it.
• #563: Jumping up into a ceiling portal now teleports the player as soon as their head reaches the portal surface, even when the room below is tall enough that the feet never reach the portal plane.
