• Added /seasons admin weather lock <clear|storm|seasonal> and /seasons admin weather unlock.
• Admins can now force stable clear skies, force storm weather, or force the world back into seasonal weather mode.

• Forecast output now includes a weather-pattern summary and spawn temperature hint.

Temperature Simulation

• Added shelter-aware temperature logic with roof insulation, cave insulation, storm cold penalties, and sun exposure heat bonuses.
