Fixed winter indoor crop detection logic: crops no longer qualify as "indoors" from light alone when crops.indoorSkyViewBlockedBonus is enabled.
Added config validation/default for crops.indoorSkyViewBlockedBonus to keep behavior consistent across fresh and upgraded installs.
Added richer /seasons admin weather status diagnostics: weather system enabled state, consecutive storm counter, next weather update countdown, and forced-clear countdown.
Improved long-uptime stability by pruning offline player entries from the temperature display toggle cache.
