New Features

• Wandering Traders Persist — /wanderingtraderspersist <enable|disable> prevents wandering traders from ever despawning
• Silk Spawners — /silkspawners <enable|disable> lets players with Silk Touch pick up regular spawners; the mob type is saved to the item and restored when placed. Trial spawners are unaffected
• Head Drop — /headdrop <enable|disable> makes players drop their own skinned player head on death

Bug Fixes

• Spear Lunge cooldown bypass fixed — switching off the spear mid-lunge no longer bypasses the cooldown; the velocity boost is now cancelled regardless of what item you are holding when the cooldown is active
• Instant Restock now applies to Wandering Traders — both villagers and wandering traders get infinite trades when enabled
• Instant Restock no longer breaks zombie-villager curing discounts — the plugin now only sets priceMultiplier to 0 (which prevents demand surges), leaving the curing specialPrice discount untouched so players still get their discounts from curing zombie villagers
