Optimization work has been carried out on the plugin: the menu and memory usage have been optimized, and lag has been reduced by an additional ~10%. The issues were not critical, but this version now performs better than release 1.4.2.
A new subcommand disable /transactions disable has been added to disable the plugin (in case of server load). It is available with the permission transactions.admin(granted to OP by default).
