XShop Update - Fixes & Features

1. Vault & Economy Detection Fixes

• Clearer Error Messages: Improved logic to distinguish between a missing Vault plugin and a missing Economy Provider (like EssentialsX).
• Loading Order Optimization: Added softdepend for common economy plugins (Essentials, CMI, EconomyShopGUI) to ensure XShop loads after the economy is ready.

2. Arrow & Effect Fixes

• Duration Compensation: Fixed arrow effects lasting only 3s instead of 30s. Compensated for Minecraft's natural 1/8 reduction for arrow effects.
• Tooltip Fix: Resolved the "No Effects" message on tipped arrows. They now correctly display effects and durations.
• Visual Previews: Added support for Enchantment Glints and correct Potion Colors in the purchase confirmation menu.
• Database Persistence: Fixed a bug where item enchantments and effects were lost when moving from YAML to the database.

3. New GUI Features

• Dynamic Pearl Selecting: For 16-stack items (like Ender Pearls), the selection buttons now change to +/-1, +/-10, and +/-16.
• Quantity Persistence: Selected quantities no longer reset to 1 after a purchase, allowing for much faster bulk buying.
