Bow Load Indicator

Added new textures for crossbows and made a small change.

Changes:

• Added new textures for all crossbow textures to give them a similar system to the loading indicator for bows. The edited files are:
  • crossbow_arrow.png
  • crossbow_firework.png
  • crossbow_pulling_0.png
  • crossbow_pulling_1.png
  • crossbow_pulling_2.png
  • crossbow_standby.png
• Made a small change to pack.png

NOT Compatible with Vanilla Tweaks "Item Stitching Fix" pack
