Bow Load Indicator

Fixed issue causing the pack to not work correctly and made some other changes.

Changes:

• Reordered assets and minecraft folders (minecraft -> assets -> assets -> minecraft)
• Renamed items texture folder to item
• Deleted unused bow.png~, bow_pulling_0.png~, bow_pulling_1.png~, and bow_pulling_2.png~ files from item folder

NOTE:

NOT Compatible with Vanilla Tweaks "Item Stitching Fix" pack
