ModernOnlinePack

Major changes since the last (pre-release) version:

• Created a new pack icon.
• Renamed the pack from ModernizedOnlinePack to ModernOnlinePack.
• Merged the four latest upstream updates.
• Reimplemented all CITs (except for equipment) using the new vanilla format for 1.21.5 and up.
• Reimplemented all equipment CITs using Entity Model Features for 1.21.5 and up (quite buggy but it's our only option for now).
• Made old OptiFine CITs more universal (they can now function outside of a ViaFabricPlus environment).
• Implemented multi-version support for resource pack versions 15 and up.
• Improved compatibility with OptiFine by moving some files to folders that don't make it throw a tantrum.
• Implemented a new CIT to commemorate my late friend TonyK001 (miss you bud); thanks also to Anna_28 for giving me the idea ages ago.
• Thoroughly refactored the pack by simplifying folder structures and renaming CITs / models / textures to be more consistent with each other and better reflective of their respective items' custom names.
