VL+ Differentiates many things on the Ventureland Minecraft RPG server to make things easier to spot and ups the quality of running around exploring the world by changing some mobs textures using RET(ETF)

- Made polar bear wither skeleton model use vanilla polar bear texture
- Made brown bear wither skeleton use its own texture too instead of relying on RET/ETF
- Added polar bear sounds for both the polar bear and the brown bear wither skeleton models (EMF+ESF)
- Added CEM/EMF section to respackopt
- Added full CEM/EMF toggle in respackopt
- Added ESF section to respackopt
- Added full ESF toggle in respackopt
- Changed pack name to just be "VL+ RP~"
- Changed pack logo back to the normal brown one
- Added animations to the polar bear and brown bear with skeleton models
- Changed "animation" on the wither skeleton parts of the polar bear / brown bear wither skeleton models to hide the wither skeleton part aswell as hide the armor its wearing
