Updated to support the new attrivute naming conventions for 1.21.11+, fixes bossbar not showing for hidden boss (Grave Reaper)

Initial release of the re-write, targeting 1.21.1-3+

Version reflects previous continuation from old datapack from 1.14.4 origins.

Edit: updated to include license in zip, along with modrinth url in pack.mcmeta. Version name changed to match pack.mcmeta instead of Minecraft target version.
