Bugs fixed:
- 🐛 The mob spawn rate in the dungeon was extremely high
- ⛏️ Mining a block with a hoe didn't count as "using a tool"
- 🔥 Fixed a bug where smelting expert didn't count the blocks smelted
- 🎆 The smelting tiara particles weren't aligned
- 🧩 Smelting tiara and bulky chain / miner's crown didn't work propperly together
- 🎯 Reaching expert didn't work propperly
