Makes dead mobs persist. Corpses stick around a configurable amount of time and may be consumed(configurable) by certain mobs.

I should've expected a simple thing like this needed 2 updates before I could call it complete.
- Fixed a bug surrounding the spyglass NOT resetting the "autopsy" score counter, resulting in automatically checking every dead mob, how annoying :/
