v0.2.1: Clone/Move Rotation & Keybind Fixes

This release fixes clone/move tools not rotating when pressing Ctrl + R, cleans up duplicate keybind categories, and removes debug logging noise.

• Clone/Move Rotation: Ctrl + R now properly rotates the selection preview in clone/move operations
• Clone/Move Mirroring: Ctrl + F now properly mirrors the selection preview based on the player's look direction
• Keybind Categories Fixed: Resolved issue where multiple Axion categories appeared in the keybinds menu
• Reduced Log Spam: Removed excessive debug logging the last few versions brought in

Technical Changes

• Added transform and sourceClipboardBuffer to RepeatRegionPreview to track transformations
• Added handleRotateAction() and handleMirrorAction() to controller for clone/move operations
• Fixed edge detection for Ctrl+key combinations in KeyBindingHandler
• Cleaned up debug logging in AxionPreviewTemplateCache, BlockPreviewPipeline, ClientModeController, MinecraftClientMixin, and MouseMixin
