Cobblemon Poke Fusion

• Added support for aspects and level constraints in fusion inputs
• You can now require specific conditions such as:
  • Only shiny Pokémon
  • certain aspects like alolan
  • Specific level ranges
• Added dynamic level scaling:
  • If no level is defined in both inputs and results
    → The fusion result level will be based on the Pokémon placed in the chamber

now with datapack compabtility for anyone creators who want to have their addons use fusion chamber details in main post
