Create: Encapsulated

• Fixed issue where certain paintable recipes only used 25mlb of fluid instead of 250mlb
• Fixed issue where a few crafting table paint recipes used incorrect colors (For example, Green Carpet used Black Paint instead of Green)

There is currently a known issue with all of the fluids added by the mod where they cost 1000mlb to fill their item forms, but only deposit 250mlb when deposited over an Item Drain. This issue will be addressed soon in another hotfix; these are recipes that were seemingly autogenerated, and requires some code to correct that cannot be fixed with simple data-based recipes.

• Tweaked the recipes of Xp. Candies to be cheaper
• Fixed Rare Candy recipes for consistency

• Fixed Campfire Pot recipes for making paint
• Added Campfire Pot recipe for mixing Cyan paint

Corrected the Exp. Candy S' recipe

• Fixed dependencies, minimal required version for Create is now 6.0.0, minimal required version for Cobblemon is now 1.7.0
