Creepy Decorations

• Ported to 1.19.2

• Added advancements for crafting each block
• Added recipe advancements that will unlock each decoration recipe after picking up specific items
• Made voxel shapes correspond more to the actual shape of blocks

• Added 2D cartoon-style textures for all handheld mod items

• Removed config file and its code as it's not used

Added an efficient mining tool for all blocks:

• Pickaxe: Mossy Gravestone, Leg Shackle
• Axe: Haunted Pumpkin, Old Wooden Cross, Broken Doll
• Shovel: Emerging Hand

Blocks now drop themselves when destroyed (even with a hand, it's just slower)
