Custom Block Outline

This mod provides powerful options to make the block outline interesting for once.

Features include:

• Gradients
• ✨ (with gradients)
• Selective rendering of sides based on conditions (air exposed sides only, for example)
• Animations for the outline (movement and fading)
• Support for connected blocks
• Scale adjustment
• Drawing outline above other terrain (yes. means you can see it through walls)
• Utilities for CPVP players
• Copying and loading configurations from files

I won't backport this mod to older versions since I'm using YACL V3, which only supports downwards to 1.19.4.
