Enchantment Overhaul

Catalogue UX:

• Unaffordable enchantments appear greyed out. Unclickable in survival.
• Each level button dims individually based on affordability (reagent, XP, slots).
• Creative mode skips reagent and XP checks. Slot limits still apply.
• Tooltip now updates reagent cost, XP cost, and slot cost when hovering different level buttons.

Slot bar:

• Grindstone penalty slots appear as dark red "broken" pips at the end of the bar.
• Lost slots are visually distinct from free slots.
