Enchantment Overhaul 0.2.0-beta+26.1.1

- Stronghold library: chiseled bookshelves with random enchanted books, obsidian enchanting pedestal at floor level
- Chiseled bookshelf hover: display the held book/enchantment name above the hotbar; sync mixin so clients see actual contents
- Enchanted books: renamed to ‹Enchantment> Book (light purple, red for curses), with Enchanted Book as the gray italic subtitle
- Mob equipment: difficulty-scaled enchantment + smithing upgrade rolls (Hard reaches ~60% / ~40%); new gamerule enchantment-overhaul:mobGearEnchantments (default on)
- Smithing template duplication: unique signature materials per template (flint / iron ingot / obsidian / stone)
- Catalogue tooltip: fixed reagent name not displaying on 26.1.1 (Item.getName (ItemStack. EMPTY) returned empty)
