changed slingshot texture and added custom model for seeker arrow

• fixed bug where ravagers could break wooden blocks WITHOUT strength

• updated to 1.18.1
• fixed bug where snow golems would die after a player applied a potion of harming to them.
• ravagers affected by the strength status effect should now be able to break wooden blocks as intended.
