Grappling Hooke

• Added Item Descriptions compatibility
• Nerfed Boosting slightly (so you can't get infinite height by spamming) by adding a very short cooldown

added firing sound effect and changed the subtitle of the projectile hit sound to match (was going to do this last version but forgot .w.)

• Fixes AreaLib compat to be slightly less laggy (uses SampledAreaComponentType instead of EntityTrackedComponentType now)
• Adds a new enchantment, Boosting, which slightly pushes you in the opposite direction when you fire the hook
• Enchantments now actually show up in the enchanting table

First version of the mod! Adds:

• the hook item (and related hook entity)
• Stiffness and Resting Range enchantments
