Not Enough Vulkan

This update makes not-enough-vulkan compatible with the latest version of VulkanMod for 26.1.2.

Changes:

• Temporarily removed "Fullscreen Monitor Selector" (I just can't get it to work, yet)
• Fixed a bug where "Skip Wayland Patches" option was deactivated on Wayland
• Added option to force the game to run on X11 instead of Wayland

[!Note] Since in Iran I don't have access to upload a new release file to github, You can download the build for this version from the action builds or Google drive.

This update makes not-enough-vulkan compatible with the latest version of VulkanMod for 1.21.11.
