Add losing "the game" via chat messages. Add tying shoelaces by sneak+interacting player feet.

Fully implement Paper Ball. Can now be unscrunched (sneak) and has better sounds. Players catch it. Obscures anvil naming.

Adds the paper ball (currently just a SnowballItem). created by using (eating) paper, can be crafted back into paper.
