Lactose Intolerance [Milk Nerf]

Lactose Intolerance is a simple mod that adds 2 effects in order to nerf milk: Lactose Intolerancy and Lactose Saturation.

Lactose Saturation is a precursor to Lactose Intolerancy and does nothing other than serve as a warning to the player; its level stacks up each consecutive time you drink milk and it goes away one level at a time.

Lactose Intolerancy comes after you drink milk one too many times, and works by preventing milk from removing effects while you have this effect on you; once this effect wears down, it will degrade back into maximum level Lactose Saturation.

The maximum level of Lactose Saturation and the duration of both effects are configurable.
