Fixed an issue where some vanilla mobs were hostile to player entities other than the owner. Fixed an issue where mobs did nothing when the owner commanded them to attack other players. Fixed an issue where the server failed to run.

Fixed the issue where "Heart Contract" was ineffective against Pillager and Witch.
