NoWeather Mod

Finally fixed the bug where the game would crash if 'Background Blur' was enabled

Added new commands:

//time day/night/noon/midnight

Changed the command

//weather sun

to:

//weather clear

Bug Fix

The mod now prevents you from using the riptide enchantment when it was sunny on the server but you had custom weather: rain selected. This is to prevent people from basically 'fly hacking'

Added commands:

//time set [ticks]

//weather [sunny/rain/thunder]
