- When an item breaks, it has a chance of retaining itself based on the item's current quality. The higher the quality, the less likely it is to be destroyed when durability runs out (configurable).
- Added a new tag for blacklisting loot from having quality

- Fixed compatibility with Sable and Create: Aeronautics

- Items with max durability of 0 won't be affected by it anymore (as they are already meant to be 1 time use item)
- Durability won't drop below 0 anymore due to the quality degrading when the item is broken (because max durability is affected by quality)

- Added new configs for modifying tools' mining speed per quality
- Leather armors that spawn from loot chests won't have quality anymore
- Disabled the custom config screen entirely due to it just being a pain to actually make work + the problems it brought
- Fixed bugs related to forging recipe and qualityless forging (setting count to be larger than 1 won't make you unable to forge anymore)
