Peculiar Peppers

ADDED:

• Cheese Dogs (without the chili) are now craftable
  • Like eating Cheese Wedges or Shredded Cheese by themselves they also come with the (low) chance to remove Poison/Wither/Caliente effects, but unlike the other Cheese items you can't eat Cheese Dogs if you're full (since they're a whole meal and not just something you can "snack on")
  • And yes, adding either variant of bowled chili to this still gives you the desired Chili Cheese Dog of your choice
• Added more forge tags for items so as to not break immersion with other mods
• You can now go from just the bun, hot dog, shredded cheese, and chili in a bowl to a chili dog, straight-up (the end result depending on the quality of chili used of course)

FIXED:

• Cheese Wedge and Shredded Cheese now properly have the forge:cheese tag

FIXED:

• Crafting recipes of Cured Steak as well as Black Pepper Chicken weren't streamlined
• Variants of Chili Dogs weren't properly named ingame

Bugfixes all across the board that have been pointed out:

• Salt and Pepper Shakers weren't initially craftable at all
• High-Quality Chili wasn't shapeless
• Mild Chili Peppers couldn't be consumed
• The forge:crops/vegetables tag was incorrect; now it's forge:vegetables as it should have been
• Chili Dog made with HQ chili restores 1 more hunger point than normal
  • Chili Cheese Dog made with HQ chili restores 2 more hunger points than normal
  • Saturation is still the same for both

Couple of other changes:

• All pepper crops now use the crop model as opposed to the cross (flower) model
• Enderman can no longer randomly pick up pepper crops
• Sea Salt (from refurbished_furniture) can now also be dumped into an empty bottle for a Salt Shaker

Second Hotfix:

• Fully-grown Peppers weren't accessible in the Creative Tab
• A fully-grown Pepper plant as the "flower" in Suspicious Stew now lasts three times as long as a regular Pepper instead of two
• Pepper Plant had incorrect display data when held in hand
