Toggle Sprint Display

• Changed X/Y position sliders to be at +0 by default and have a forced 7px padding so you can more easily reset the values.
• Fixed position settings moving the display off-screen, it now always stays on-screen properly.
• Fixed paper doll position moving around when no text was shown.
• Fixed display not being hidden when in F1.
