[SNC ADDON] Shifter Form

Somehow, I uploaded the version without proper testing and left out MAJOR bug that caused the addon to not work entirely.

• Added
  • Warhammer and Founder are now fully embedded in the new selection
  • Support for Titan Variants.
    • By clicking on a shifter form you are already using, if the addon is present, and the selected shifter has other variants, you could now change your titan variant form without having to reinherit the titan
    • As of right now, this will not work, this feature will only be working in update 3.0 Release of Titan Variants!

• Added support for the founding titan.

Developer Note(s)

• Restart the server or rejoin your world for the change to take complete effect.
• This will probably be the last update for the addon, unless SNC changes how shifters work which will probably never happen.
