Simply Gems - Sapphire

Added to creative tab, < 1.01 Ore Generation was broken. Fixed.

Updated to proper tool to destroy ore, the additional deepore variant and improved sword damage.

First version release. Just the single gem to make the mod quick and easy to build. More to come in single versions like this one.
