Sodium 0.8.10 fixes some bugs and updates to the latest version of NeoForge.

• Support Minecraft 26.1.2 and NeoForge 26.1.2.29
• Fixes water color with zero-alpha being invisible on NeoForge after the port to 26.1. (#3577)
